Serving our seniors and community M-TH 11:30 am to 1:00 pm & Friday from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. Come and enjoy an assortment of entrees and full salad bar.
Home-Delivered Meals
Our Meals on Wheels program serves seniors that are home-bound or recovering from surgery, and waiver clients 18+. We provide fresh, and nutritious food to your door.
Transportation
In-house transportation services provided for seniors wanting to enjoy lunch, activities, and services at NSC daily, as well as, needed trips around the Kenai Peninsula to shop, run errands, and attend doctor visits. NSC owns an ADA Van that is capable of transporting seniors that are Wheelchair dependent. Please call 24 hours in advance to schedule transportation.
Activities & Services
NSC offers a variety of activities and services daily. For example, senior Yoga, Silver & Fit, Wednesday Crafts, Sewing Club, Bible Study, Pinochle, BINGO Night, Movie Night, Freezer Meal Workshops, and collaborates with local organizations to provide information on needed services. Notary is available M-Th 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Call ahead to make appointment.
Senior and Community Food Pantry
Food assistance services are provided to senior age 55+ and community members. Individuals can visit our Food Pantry every two weeks and receive two bags of subsidized food items. The pantry is open Monday through Friday 9am to 2pm.
Kenai Peninsula Family Caregiver Support Program
Our grant program supports Peninsula wide unpaid caregivers of family and loved ones through contracted respite services, support group meetings, caregiver trainings, information, assistance, referrals, and limited supplemental services and supplies
